本シリーズは2017年に発売された第一弾『EVERYBODY FUSION! The Best Fusion of Warner Days』から続くもので、ワーナー・ミュージックからの選曲はシリーズ二作目となる。
CD2枚組でDISC-1に15曲、DISC-2にボーナス・トラックを含む16曲が収録され、DISC-2にジャコ・パストリアス・ビッグ・バンド《Soul Intro / The Chicken》が収録されている（『Invitation』からの選曲か？）。
